Who is behind Girls Who Yoga? Welp.. this is me! ✨

My name is Julia, I created this group so there is a safe space for women to create new friendships, connections and a place to stay active and feel confident doing it! There has been moments in my past where I would avoid going to an event or trying something new because I was so scared of socializing with people I didn’t know or afraid I wouldn’t socially click with people. But I quickly learned how many amazing women there are in our community and I want to embrace that and share with others.

A little about myself.. My everyday thing is Real Estate! I fill my days in downtown St. Pete being the Director of Operations at Sellstate Coastal Realty as well as being a licensed real estate agent. On my off time I love to stay active wether that’s being in the gym, walking my adorable pup Abaco or spending the weekends on the water boating! I started yoga about a year and a half ago and fell in love with it quickly. Yoga to me is a way for me to express myself and align with my well being, a moment to remember to breathe and take care of myself.

Building a community involves creating a group of individuals who share common interests, values, or goals and come together to support, engage, and connect with one another. And so far with Girls Who Yoga St. Pete we are doing exactly that! 🧘🏻‍♀️🤍 I can’t wait to continue to grow, I appreciate each of you.
