*We have an App that allows you to send for refills and see your medication list.

*We can call you when it is ready
*We can deliver in the city limits if you are unable to come to us
Please be sure to keep phone numbers up to date when possible so that you get your notifications in a timely manor.

PSA: Our text message service is currently experiencing issues. The messages are being sent to the cell phone carriers (AT&T,T-Mobile, Verizon, etc) but for some reason are not making it past them. Our software company is aware and doing their best to work on the issue with the cell phone companies to get this resolved. Once the issue is fixed you may receive a message about a script that was filled and picked up during down time, we are not sure.

Hey guys! We are a few people short today due to unforeseen circumstances so please be patient with us. We havd a rocky start this morning due to technical issues. And I have a few new kids running today so we’re running a little bit slower than normal all the way around.
Be prepared to wait about 30 minutes, we will get you done as fast as we can, but we only have so many hands today.
Some things you can do to help are:
*Call ahead of time to make sure the medication you’re needing to pick up is ready and in stock.
*Make sure all of your information is up to date with us.
*Sign up for text alerts so that you know when your medication is ready
*Those of you who get deliveries, if possible please wait until tomorrow. If you cannot wait we will bring your meds to you today, no worries 🙂

Here’s you’re friendly weekly reminder that you may have meds ready to pickup. We start trying to reach out to people around day 10 but they absolutely have to be put away or picked up by day 14. We want to keep you healthy so please come pick them up!
You can help us by:
• Making sure that your phone numbers are up to date so you can get your notifications or calls 📳📞
• Don’t have a ride to the pharmacy? Can’t make it by closing time? If you live or work in the city limits we can deliver to you! 🚐
• Don’t live or work in the city limits and still can’t make it in by 6 or have a ride? We may be able to mail your medication to you as long as your insurance will allow it and it’s not a cold item like insulin! Just please make sure that we have the correct address on file and let us know a payment method 🙂📫

Please don’t hesitate to give us a call if you have meds needing filled after you leave the doctors office. I feel like we tell you guys this a lot but we are short staffed and swamped. We have 5 people staffing the pharmacy not counting pharmacists and the phone stays pretty busy all day long. We love it when you give us a heads up that you’re needing something so we can get it done in a timely manner or even give you information if there is something wrong!

Please be patient with us. Do to circumstances out of our control we are short staffed. Because of this we are running a little behind and doing our best to catch up and take care of each patients needs as soon as we possibly can.
