Historic Salem Oregon
A local gathering of information for those that like history and old homes. Looking for current information about Salem Oregon's past?
Want to see Salem's old homes and architecture? This is your place to talk about the local history of Salem. I'm Melina and the owner of Tomson Burnham real estate professionals. My office is the Webster house located at 13th and Lee, built in 1895. I'm in the process of restoring it, and share photos of old homes and things I see out on my treks about town.
We are voting on building a new police station on the ballot this November. Take a look back at the 1893 City Hall that was razed in 1972 after the current Civic Center was built.
