I got to host a booth yesterday for a staff self-care day! I had so much fun. UV bracelets and Yard Games were a huge success!

Using the two-finger rule ensures you’re applying the right amount of SPF to keep your skin safe from harmful UV rays. 🧴☀️

2023 was the year I decided to "Lean in," and wow, did I ever!😮‍💨🫨 It's been a mix of tough days, tiredness, and lots of tears, but the beautiful moments that came from all that effort have been totally worth it.

My crew has been my rock, sharing laughs and showering me with so much encouragement. It's like getting that mushroom boost in Mario Kart – it propels you just a bit further when you need it most. 🍄

I've grown in ways I didn't even realize I needed to. I've been rocking it as a mom to an amazing three-year-old, found love, skydived, bungee jumped, and even zipped through the ocean on a jet ski at 32 mph (and I didn't want to stop!). I switched careers, launched my own business, deepened friendships, and ended the year with a move to a new city. PHEW.

I believe that sometimes, we just need to keep moving forward and trust in the magic that unfolds when we believe in ourselves. And when things finally calm down, when the dust settles, we can sit back, take a breath, and feel truly content with who we are and the journey we've taken. It's in these quiet moments that we realize just how far we've come and how much we've achieved. 😊✨
