⭐️ One of my favorite upgrades to any massage…aromatherapy! My go-to for muscle tension, congestion, and inflammation is peppermint . Eucalyptus to assist in alleviating headaches and stress relief. 🍃

⚡️Other days I retort to citrus for an uplifting, and energy boost. 🍊

Chief complaint from my clients is tension in the neck and shoulders. A lot of us works desk jobs or with technology that leaves us hunched over and typing on keyboard. While it is unrealistic for us to leave our devices….
My advice is to:
1. Be self aware of our posture and taking breaks to stretch.
2. Unplug from our devices when we can and take time to prioritize physical exercise in our daily routines to strengthen these muscles. This is good for both physical and mental stress.

🦶 Feet are our foundation. We spend all day on our feet. It is one of my favorite places to receive/give a massage. We have so many nerve endings in our feet and when they are stimulated with massage- it activates our parasympathetic system, reducing stress on the whole body.
