ADHD Life Coaching with Gary

Hey everyone! I am thrilled to announce that I am officially starting my journey as an ADHD life coach! As an ADHDer, I know firsthand the unique challenges that come with this condition. I also know that with knowledge, the right tools and support, it's possible to thrive and succeed.
I am currently in the process of obtaining my Life Coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This is an important step in my journey to become a professional ADHD life coach and ensures that I am equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to support my clients effectively. I have over 90 coaching hours as of this post and will be taking my certification test in June.
I am passionate about helping others O(esp. with ADHD) reach their full potential and live their best lives. Whether you're a student, professional, creative, entrepreneur or just looking to improve your life, I am here to partner with you to help you set goals and meet those goals in order to move forward in your life.
