Fried rice- the Asian version of the American casserole dish. Everyone has their own recipes for fried rice and it all does not taste the same.

This is my version. Lemongrass pork fried rice with fresh dill. It’s aromatic and packed with lots of the spices that makes South East Asian cuisine memorable. With every bite, there’s a burst of the sweet porkiness flavor along with a garlicky, lemongrassy, gingery spice and it’s delicious! 🤤
