It brought to our attention that our online ordering has been charging "unintended" tips to the customer, PLEASE CHECK IT when you are ordering online through our website.

PLEASE NOTE: while it is using our website, the online ordering is manage by THIRD PARTY PLATFORM that Shinko cant control the programing, WE CALLED and it was confirmed that they are updating the website program, and advise the customers to adjust gratuity when ordering to avoid the default setting they set.

Shinko understand that this is a hardtime for everyone and while our team appreciate the "intended" tips, we wont let a program charge you things that wasn't intended for. SHINKO always appreciate you and we want to support you in this hard time as well, and thank you for always be there for us 🙂

We have been working so hard to keep our prices as low as we can in this inflation, we have been so hard trying to hold on our prices, and we tried to find a best prices on the supply with good quality that we can by shopping around 😢.

Right now the place we got the chicken raised up the price on the value chicken cause small business like us just not allowed to survive. Anyway, like they say Chicken is new gold, temporarily we will stopped selling some of our menu till we can figure out the right prices for all of us.

So bear with us, and if you hate us after the changes we cant help it, but we know Shinko fam is the best cause y'all have been supporting us through everything these years. We love you so much, and will try our best to keep our integrity to serve you best food at affordable price.
