We would like to thank everyone who came out to support our benefit for the Rosales/Gonzalez family. It was so humbling to see our BBQ community come together and roll up their sleeves to help cook, serve and clean up. Big shout out to Cadillac Cowboy Cookers and Lone Star Grillers for contributing their pits, sides, time and energy to help. We love you all so much and are very grateful. Ruby and Roy thank you so very much for taking care of the talent Trisdon Federic! He always puts on an amazing show. We would also like to thank all of our family and friends who made potato salad, rice, beans, and desserts.
