Our first foray into sandwiches. We only made 20 not knowing if we could get them sold and Discount Tire on Goliad and Military came through and bought 15 of them and repeat customer Angel and Merce and Alex coming in and selling us out. Definitely gonna have to do this again maybe with some pulled pork next time.

I’ve got 5 brisket sandwiches available from todays sale. Each sandwich comes with lays potato chips, bbq sauce, pickle, and a 12 oz big red for $12 a sandwich bundle. I will deliver so if you want lunch at work let me know. Again I only have 5 left!!

We will have two plate sales coming up in a few weeks one at the end of May and then next one will be in June for our special Christmas in July toy drive. Just like our toy drive in December the cost of the plate will either be a new donated toy or $15 per plate. I may come up with some type of theme for this one heroes and princess toys only. These will go to the beautiful, brave, strong, kiddos of Christus Children’s Hospital. The supporters of Campas BBQ came through for Elf Louise in December and I have no doubt we can and will do the same in June
