The weather may be cooling down, but things are staying hot in our shop! π₯π₯π₯
So glad to help this client with his scooter prototype for Siclovia π΄
π₯ π₯ It's always good practice to mark bolts and nuts that have been torqued to spec. If the mark is applied on the fastener and the fixed surface, these same marks can be used to check if anything has loosened during operation.
Have a happy and safe Labor Day Weekend!
This Chevelle is making our shop look GOOD. π₯π
Proud to have this award-winning car on our lift! It won 1st place in Best Domestic at the SLAMMEDEnuff? Austin Car Show this past weekend. Congrats on the win! πππ
Hard to find parts? π΅οΈββοΈ Using a combination of 3D scanning and 3D printing we were able to replicate a part used to align the cam shaft sprocket of an engine that is no longer in production. πππ
No matter where you're at on your project's to-do list, we can help.
Happy 4th of July! π§¨π₯πΊπ²
Something in our shop got a serious upgrade. π

Along with design work, we also offer fabrication! These parts are about ready to become a finished product for our client. Let us do the cutting, drilling, machining, or welding to bring your product to life. πποΈπͺπ₯
3D scanning offers benefits in nearly every phase of product development - from initial design and prototyping, all the way to quality control!

Get you an engineering firm that can do BOTH. β¨
From design to fabrication, and everything in between, we can get it done!
βDid you knowβAfter metal has been cut, the pieces that are left behind are called skeletons. π
Looks like we've definitely got a few skeletons in our closet.
From our family to yours π
Wishing you all a very happy, very tasty, Thanksgiving from our family to yours!
Check out our Lead Engineer, Erick Yanta, offering insight for the STEM Career Exploration Speaker Series with Palo Alto College!
Thank you, PAC, for including us!

What's in store? Bespoke suspension, chassis improvements, and a modernized drivetrain.
The most used socket is also the one that is always missing. Do you know where your 10mm socket is? π€
Although small, this strain gauge gives us BIG data. Many materials, such as steel, move and flex when they are pushed, pulled, or twisted.
Since you can't always see this type of movement, called deformation, with the naked eye, this little sensor gives us the information we need to make our designs, and your products and machines, safer, stronger, sturdier, or faster. The applications are endless. πͺ
We were invited to participate in the Palo Alto College STEM Career Exploration Speaker Series!
As San Antonio natives, we love the opportunity to support local STEM students and our home community.
Our 3D scanning capabilities are mobile to allow for social distancing and improved safety.

Atnay Engineering is proud to share our prototype of the Auto BVM. This device was designed with a lot of heart to try and help those on the front line of the Covid-19 pandemic.
This prototype is open-sourced (files available for download in YouTube details) and meant to serve as a platform or foundation in which variants specific to regions may be quickly generated and mass produced to assist in the efforts of medical teams.
Stay safe and well.
