Meet Fernando!

He works in our assembly department. He carefully crafts together all of the HEB fruite crate orders that you see at your local HEB stores! He puts 100% of his effort into making sure each product is assembled to customer satisfaction.

When we asked him why he enjoys working at Franks Manufacturing he said that he enjoys working with his fellow co workers, the flexible work hours and the fun environment! Meet Randy S.

Randy services our thermoforming machines and tackles preventive maintenance. He assists his fellow co-workers with set up and tear down of various projects.

When we asked Randy why he enjoys working at Franks Manufacturing, he said, “I enjoy the family friendly atmosphere. Being a single father, my daughter has been with me for most of our shop gatherings, at Franks they treat her like family and that’s a huge deal for me.”

Meet our wonderful Office Manager, Doresa!

Doresa ensures everything runs smoothly here at Franks Mfg. Orders are taken, shipment transport arranged, invoices sent out, bills paid, payroll completed weekly, and anything outside the box that crosses her desk. Close communication with shop manager & leads also helps to ensure orders are getting out the door in a timely matter.

Doresa enjoys working at Franks Mfg because of the flexibility, small business environment, comradery amongst employees and the ability to voice opinions and be heard.

This 5"x15" tray snaps in under any of the windows of The Blynd. The trays are great for storing binoculars and other similar-sized gear. Because our Bow Blynd has a different window system than our standard Blynds this tray will not work in the Bow Blynd.

Meet Aaron!

Aaron is the plant manager for Franks Manufacturing Co.. He oversees the operations of the facility and the manufacturing. He also works with our customers to help them navigate through the process of getting their products from an idea to a final part.

When we asked Aaron why he likes working here he said, “I enjoy working at Franks Manufacturing because I enjoy the challenge and the variety that comes from working in a customer manufacturing environment”

Meet Michael H.

Michael is the lead Engineer here at Franks Manufacturing Co.. He is responsible for doing research and design, running the CNC department, machine programing and problem solving.

We asked Michael why he enjoys working here and he said, "I like working for Franks mostly because of the dedication of everyone to each other on a personal level. Things are fast paced and we work on so many diverse projects that its impossible to be bored or get stuck in a rut"

Being a family owned business can sometimes have its perks. Meet Jason F. he is the son of the owner. Jason runs a variety of our vacuum forming machines, focusing mainly on running custom parts for our customers. Many of the parts that he helps make, require post forming, trim out and assembly. This requires the use of routers, drill presses and saws. Jason said he enjoys working at the family business because he likes the environment. Thank you for all your hard work, Jason!

Our welder and Mold maker! Karl is an asset to Franks Manufacturing. Fabricating the molds is the first creative step in the manufacturing process.

Mold Fabrication typically involves using specialized software tools and equipment to produce a three-dimensional model of the mold.
