3 drills to help you hit the ball further. Step 1 - Force pedal under the trail heel. Load up squishing the pedal. Practice turning and loading and then hit a shot. Step 2 - Force pedal under the lead toes. At the top of the backswing start the transition with squishing the force pedal feeling you are pressing into the ground and ready to push back. Practice this feel and then hit a shot. Step 3 - Practice both step 1 and step 2 without the force pedals, recreating the same feels.
