Törstig Björn Mjöd (Thirsty Bear Mead) is a manufacturing project to create the finest honey wine from only the best local Texas ingredients. Taking the "farm-to-table" idea popular in many restaurants today the staff of Törstig Björn hopes to create unique flavors of mead that will be pleasing to the palate as well as encouraging local businesses to grow alongside us.

Our Saga
Törstig Björnbryggeri (Thirsty Bear Brewery) is a homebrewing project designed to recreate ancient Scandinavian fermented beverages. We started planning in 2014 and began actually brewing in the fall of 2018. We are always seeking to expand our knowledge and to experiment with all sorts of great brewing ideas!
