It was a pleasure to meet WNBA Allstar last week! If you didn’t know she came from San Antonio, Texas and was the 2nd overall draft pick for the Indiana Fever in 2022. It was an honor meet her family. Genuinely good people. Watch out this young woman will be a superstar!

Thank you everyone for all the prayers for my mom. She made it out of surgery and Dr. said she is doing well. Praying for negative nodes on final pathology, but so far so good!

I’m officially DONE with my acne treatment, cue the happy tears. I couldn’t have achieved this level of confidence without the amazing Dr. Milton R. Moore!! This journey has been life changing, I’ve never loved myself more than I do right now and I owe it all to my dermatologist Dr. Moore!!! 🫶🏼 We had ups and downs but he promised me we would get here, sure enough here we are!! Happier than ever!!!

What a great subtle natural rejuvenation for this 80 year old beautiful woman! We utilized 3 syringes of Voluma between her cheeks and chin! The chin is often overlooked during patient assessment but makes such a difference when improving the balance in one’s beauty! Next we will do her jawline!!!

This patient came to us because she disliked the irregularity of her smile. With minimal prep porcelain veneers we reshaped her teeth giving her a smile that looks balanced from all angles. She also happened to be in an accident the day prior to prep day and came to her appointment with a large cut on her forehead. The last picture shows scar revision by the skilled dermatologist, Dr. Milton Moore just a few weeks after treatment.

I would like to thank The Lemonaide Circle and UTHSCSA Dermatology Interest group for giving me the opportunity to speak to about 20 African American young women this afternoon about my journey to becoming a Dermatologist. I wanted them to see someone successful who looks like them, and empower them to make goals and attain them no matter what career path they choose. They were very engaged asking questions to the point we had to stop because of time. It felt great giving back again!!!

Today was an amazing milestone today for Dr. Cervantes and I! I would like to thank Tamara Quinn, Bruice McMillan, and Monica Lopez at for your undivided attention and help closing this SBA Loan! It has been a great experience building our relationship with the Bank of San Antonio! cheers! New office opening August 1st!!!!!

Good times with a patient of mine! We talked about playing golf for years and then he moved to KC, lost his wife last year who I knew from his appointments. Real good guy but he did leave mad because I took his 20 buck gentleman’s bet today. Lol.

She'd never had filler until this moment and we're pretty sure she’s now a fan 🙌

💉 So, Dr. Moore zero'ed in on the hollowness in his patient's cheeks, a result of bone and collagen loss that comes with maturity.

💉 He used 3 syringes of Voluma filler injecting most into the cheeks and a little into the chin.

Here's a sweet side note about this patient : At 80 she's as active as ever. Involved in her church, she's often on the big screen there! Like so many of us who see ourselves on a zoom meeting or through our i-phone lenses she told Dr. Moore she wants to 𝑙𝑜𝑜𝑘 as confident as she 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑙𝑠 going about her day to day.

It's amazing what a subtle lip enhancement can do for the profile! This young patient of mine had a thin upper lip. It's easy to tell if you do if when you apply lipstick it tends to bleed easily! 💋

Since this patient is young we went subtle for a natural look.
We love how it ever-so-slightly balances her side profile!
