🌳✨ Leopard Street Unveils Exciting News! ✨🌳
We are pleased to announce the Leopard Street Median Beautification Project, an environmentally mindful initiative aimed at transforming Leopard Street from Violet Rd. to McKinzie Rd. into a vibrant and green urban corridor. Sheduled for completion this week, this project entails the replacement of bushes along six roadway medians, enhancing both the visual allure and ecological balance of our community.

With the invaluable partnership of the City of Corpus Christi and Maldonado Nursery & Landscaping, we are prepared to substitute 37 crepe myrtle bushes and 2 damaged oak trees following meticulous consultations with arborists and landscape architects. The rejuvenated landscape will showcase 5 stately live oaks and 14 resilient Mexican Oak trees, ensuring that our medians radiate not only beauty but also sustainability.

This undertaking, complemented by a comprehensive one-year maintenance strategy, showcases our dedication to cultivating a greener and more enchanting Leopard Street! 🍃💚

Here is our story 📖

It was 1987 when Rogelio Maldonado, and his three sons, Jerry, Roy, and Oscar, founded the Maldonado Nursery & Landscaping in San Antonio, TX. The four cleared lots, planted trees, and took on any job they could find. Today they employ more than 400 employees, service San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, Houston and the Rio Grande Valley, and are one of the largest family-owned landscape and irrigation contractors in the region as well as one of the largest privately held Hispanic Businesses in the United States.
