When we say our clients are the “best in the world” we really mean it - and Jon Hart Design is no exception.

This longtime partner based in San Antonio produces American handcrafted leather bags, travel goods and accessories. They’ve been doing it for 50 years.

We just finished our 26th photo shoot with Jon Hart and wanted to share some of our favorite pictures. We do a lot of product-focused lifestyle work with them which is a natural fit for our team.

Weather is warmin’ up and we are ready to get outside and shoot! These photos from a project with Clint Orms really show what we love to do: go on location and take pictures of people and our client’s products.

It doesn’t hurt to have good-lookin’ models and great styling. And the team at Clint Orms is always so easy to work with.

On top of all that, Clint Orms makes a product that we are proud to photograph and be associated with. Mr. Orms is a world class silversmith and engraver and it’s no surprise that his belt buckles and jewelry are sought after by people all over the world.

So ya, this is the type of shoot we could do every day and never get tired of it. We have the best clients in the world!!

Did some shootin’ at the new Rosario’s in Southtown yesterday… we have the best clients in the world!!

We got a new assistant! Congrats to our Account Executive Paul and wife Deidre on their new baby girl - Olive. One month in and she’s already on the job!!

Every job we do in Fredericksburg starts with a drive up I-10 and then a turn onto US-87. The sun comes up as we cruise through the winding hill country. Even though we’re going to work, we feel relaxed knowing we’re heading to a place where things move a little slower.

As we roll into town, we drive past the Pacific War Museum and I think about all of my great uncles who served in the Navy.

We take photos of their best attractions: wineries, peach orchards, retail stores, Luckenbach, Enchanted Rock and more. We meet lots of friendly people who always make us feel welcome.

We started working in Fredericksburg almost a decade ago - it began with Visit Fredericksburg TX and Creative Noggin -- Marketing & Advertising Agency. Since then we’ve formed relationships with many clients in the area, including a close partnership with the Cop family and their team at Fredericksburg Realty.

On location yesterday shootin’ portraits. We photographed 20 Alamo Colleges students for an ad campaign by Anderson Marketing Group. Thanks to the entire team who helped put it all together. 👊🏼

We got pretty excited when Landmaster called... They already lined up talent and a perfect location. We just needed to show up and do what we do.

So we took off to the Old Glory Ranch - Wimberley, Texas. We spenttwo days driving all over the property. The camera bag has never been so dusty.

Getting ready for Easter and Mother’s Day at La Cantera Resort! 🤤

Putting this together was no small feat.

The process started with reviewing ALL of our work - old and new. We brought in photo editor Peter Dennen of Pedro & Jackie to sort through our entire library and find not just the best images but ones that spoke to who we are and where we are going.

After making those tough decisions, we reworked the color on each photo with retouchers Jeff Satterthwaite and Jorge Tamez to produce the final look.

It took a team of people to pull it off and we are proud of the result.

Another successful weekend at the Alibates Ranch! 2 mule deer, 1 white-tailed, and a coyote. Best of all we got to spend time with some really great people. Thank you to the Attebury family and our favorite cowboy Mr. Kennedy for the hospitality.

We had an extra assistant on the crew for a couple of weeks and we think he did pretty well! Love you, Dad.

Every shoot is an adventure but this one at Natural Bridge Caverns was especially fun AND challenging. Jason worked closely with The Wood Agency to frame each shot and then we lit our subjects with the assistance of the Natural Bridge Caverns "off trail" guides. After the shoot, Jason spent a lot of time in photoshop to merge and blend multiple photos to produce each final look. Good times and as always, we have the best clients in the world!!
