We are scheduling the DOJ Mandated 16 Hour CCW Initial Training Course for those that applied for their CCW after January 1, 2024. If you applied prior to January 1, 2024, you are only required to take the 8 Hour Initial CCW Course that we also offer. When you receive your approval email letter from SDSO, please go to our website https://www.2aftng.com to schedule your course. Good news heading into 2024- The SB 2 restrictions are not going into effect! 2nd A Fi****ms Training is Fully Approved by the SD Sheriff’s Dept. to teach the new 16hr Initial and 8hr Renewal CCW curriculum. If you APPLIED for your CCW Prior to Jan 01 2024 and are still waiting for your interview, you are Grandfathered into the original 8hr initial course. Those classes are still on our website.

As of January 1st the new SB2 law will go into place. 2nd A Fi****ms Training will still be teaching CCW Classes but under the new rules and regulations. We will have the schedule up on our website and available to sign up before Christmas.

We are still offering all other classes as usual such as the Holster Class, Basic Pistol Class and Advanced Techniques Class.
