Keepin busy…

It’s been a tough week after losing my grandpa. He taught me how to draw and be creative. He taught me the importance of working hard and “always keeping busy.” He was stoic and grounded and kind. He was a great man, a loving husband and father, a leader and a friend. A hero. I know he’ll always be here to guide me and hope to always make him proud.

Playing with some new techniques in the studio. This ongoing concept on raw canvas has inspired more work coming soon!
