Turkey Day approaches!!! Knocking out some rub research on the Hunsaker, cooked these over Fogo Premium and a few Pecan chunks… absolutely money!

2022 is a wrap! By far the most challenging cook of the year as we found out on Thursday that our Team Mascot/ Rib & Brisket connoisseur wasn’t going to make it due to the Covid. Cooking solo isn’t something that we’ve really planned on or practiced and it showed! Had a blast seeing everyone one last time before the Hollidays and looking forward to some rest before we kick off 2023 in Bullhead!

Congrats to and our Rookie year rivals .shop on GC and RGC! Both you guys have been absolutely killing it and it’s been fun trying to keep up!

Final votes are in! We were lucky enough to walk away with 3rd place overall at the first Annual Ramona Halloween Chili Throwdown!

Huge congrats to my boy for taking Chili Grand Champion, and / .cromwell02 for Reserve Grand Chili Champion.

It was a tough comp and votes were tight, can’t wait to do it again next year!

We made the trip out to Richfield Utah for the Sevier Sear Double, Huge congrats to Blake Ellsworth and Jesse Hayes who came up from AZ and both are heading back to the valley with Golden Tickets in hand-Jared Chambers comes out and walked with a 3rd place call at his second event!

Super cool to meet Riley Wright who made the trip out from Georgia. Awesome family and a very talented young lady, looking forward to seeing you at the next one!

Awesome job to all the cooks that participated, thanks to Terryl Miller and the crew that put on the event, you guys did awesome!!!

We did a 60lb hog yesterday to celebrate Independence Day 🎆!! We used Huckleberry by and sauced it with Say When Sauce! Delicious!! 🔥🔥🔥 ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

We added a new grill to the family this week and can’t get enough of it! Welcome to the Santa Maria! ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

This one is late coming out but we really want to thank The Cowboy Way BBQ and Showlow for an incredible kids cook competition last weekend! All four of our kids competed and all had a blast! Every kid that competed got a prize! These guys do a great job igniting a love for cooking in our kids. The events are fun and the prizes are great! We will come back every time we can! ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Another awesome weekend in the books at the Wildcard Steak Cookoff in Show Low AZ! This has quickly become one of our favorite locations to travel to! Thanks so much and for another incredible event!
