There's just a little over three weeks left until this incredible event that's almost here. Don't forget to mark it in your calendar because missing out on this is simply unacceptable!

• Beach spa (traditional Slavic banya and ice bath on the bay beach)
• Healthy practices (yoga, meditation, breath work, ta**ra, ecstatic dance)

So, the idea of two sauna enthusiasts was to gather everyone in one place, and here's what came out of it. And of course, a big thank you to everyone who helped us.🙌

The health of a steam master is crucial in order to preserve their well-being. Fresh air is necessary to maintain their health while working in a sauna/(banya). Constant exposure to a closed space with high temperatures and humidity can have negative effects on their health. Therefore, to preserve their health, it is important to ensure a constant supply of fresh air in the sauna/(banya). This can be achieved through proper ventilation or by opening windows and doors for air circulation. Having access to fresh air helps prevent overheating, improves breathing, and reduces the risk of respiratory problems. Therefore, a bathhouse attendant should pay special attention to maintaining air quality in the sauna to safeguard their health. .banya

A donation to the organizers is requested ($50 per adult, children - free). All group activities (meditation, steaming, dance, etc.) are free, while individual services (massages, food, personal steam whisking massage) are available for a small fee.

You're also welcome to bring your favorite food and drinks to share with other participants and add magic to our event.
