In 2021, 30% of the Maternal deaths were black women. I am here help reduce that by advocating for our black women. Making sure any concerns are heard and their birthing plans are followed. A sitz bath is a warm water bath you sit in to relieve discomfort in your perineal region. Soaking this area in warm water relaxes your a**l sphincter, which helps increase blood flow through your a**l tissues. This promotes healing and reduces the pain, itching and irritation felt due to various health conditions.

The best part of my job is knowing I made mom and dad’s birthing experience one they want to talk about. Walking into the birthing space and seeing the relief on their faces. Being told how much they appreciate me. The constant baby pictures I get of all my nieces and nephews growing just makes my day! I absolutely love what I do! 🫶🏾🫶🏾

I found Ms. Perri really helpful and supportive as my Doula. I'm glad that my doctors recommended her and that she was available for me. I 100% recommend Ms. Perri for anyone that needs support in the hospital as a Doula.

Perri was an amazing support in the delivery room. Not only did she crack some jokes but she also knew exactly what to do to add comfort for the delivery. She makes sure she keeps in contact to check up on how the little one is doing and if the family needs any support. She is an amazing person and an even better friend. She also has awesome selection in crocs

Perri supported our family tremendously during labor and birth. I cant recommend her enough! She helped my husband have peace of mind during labor! she not only supported me but she supported my husband. She helped keep him calm and collected. When I had to be transferred from a birth center to a hospital, she helped my husband and I make a decision on which hospital to be transferred to. Perri also came to my prenatal appointments when i asked her to. She also followed up with my husband and I post birth. She’s very loving, caring, friendly, and motherly. We will definitely have her be a part of our journey for our next birth!
