Okay, as promised, here's my tour of our new home. We are living here, but we are definitely not moved in, lol -- as you will see.
It's an 11 minute video, and I didn't do it live - and couldn't figure out how to get Facebook to let me upload it... So I put it on YouTube .

This is an interesting 11 minute talk from a professor at Johns Hopkins, Dr. Matthew Johnson, who studies psychedelics.
He proposes that virtually all psychiatric problems/mental illnesses are really forms of addiction, in a broader sense.
Whether it is addiction to substances, or behaviors, or thought patterns. And then he goes into the promising evidence of how psychedelics can open that narrowed perspective.
And in comparison with current pharmaceuticals, psychedelics are not only more effective, and can provide benefit almost immediately -- versus days or weeks or months with psych meds -- but are also physiologically far safer, with a very low risk of side effects.
And psychologically far safer, when the right safeguards are in place -- that is, where the right mindset has been prepared, and a proper physical setting are in place--to make sure that there is no overstepping of boundaries, since being in a deep psychedelic experience is such a profoundly vulnerable state.
This is a great 11 minute talk. Introductory, but he covers a lot of stuff. Well worth the listen:
