Since I launched my business, I have used the same team of movers pretty much the whole time. Hard working, kind, trustworthy, loyal, funny guys. Brothers. Tragically, one of the three brothers was in a single fatality accident last week in one of their trucks. He leaves behind four children, his brothers and many family members and friends. He was on one of our staging jobs the very day we lost him. I feel the pain after knowing and working with him for only a few years. I can’t imagine the pain his family and friends are feeling now. If you feel inclined to help them out with a donation, money will go towards Celebration of Life expenses, perhaps a down payment for a replacement truck for the business, and savings for his four children. No contribution is too small. For those of you in the staging industry, you know how valuable a great moving team is. Lots of cozy spots in this dreamy coastal home perched up in the beautiful Aviara neighborhood of Carlsbad. This home was first listed vacant without staging and proceeded to sit for a few weeks with no offers. I contacted the agent, staged right in the middle of the holiday hustle, and then bam - offers and in escrow right away. Another case study to show that staging really does matter! 🏡🛋🖼

Not all redos are a complete tear out and start over. This one got a nice little face lift with new counter tops, backsplash, paint, lighting, hardware and appliances. Cabinets needed only minor modifications to accommodate the new appliances but otherwise stayed in tact. We kept the wood floors that run throughout the entire house and carried them into the primary bedroom where there was dated carpet. This project came to us after a big transformation when staging their former home for sale. Upon moving into their new home, our clients wanted to change some things around and make it their own. With the kids all grown up and moved out, they still wanted to create a fun space for them to come home to. Expanding the family room to combine as a game room was just the combo they needed. Voila… a new space to entertain! (The “Before” is the last photo)

Redesigning at its finest! We took this drab and dated bookcase and created a fabulous and useful bar and we didn’t have to break the bank doing so. Paint, wallpaper, glass shelves and accessories and voila! Cheers!🥂⚡️

This smaller galley kitchen had a lot of wasted space. So we closed up a wall, added an island for more seating and storage and then moved the dining space to be closer to the kitchen. I can’t wait to share more areas of this house glow up that we did. We love a great transformation! 📷: .erwin 🏠🛠️🎨

We’re back! June was crazy bonkers busy and then we took a much needed vacation and closed the office for the first week of July.
