It's amazing to me to see some of my old abstract art styled so well in this New Jersey room! Flashback to more than a decade ago! I've always been interested in non objective abstract and it really brings me joy to see that these pieces are still well loved. This is the coolest thing.

Happy 4th Birthday to my best girl! I can't believe I've only been a mom for four years, but every day is so special with my daughter. She's completely changed my life in the best ways and it's hard to imagine life without her. Happy Mother's day to all the mamas out there!

Seems fitting that the first day of fall coincides with turning on my studio heater for the first time. That was a wildly hot and fast summer! But the change is welcome. The changing seasons always give me more of a chance of reflection - more so than when I lived in Southern California. Looking ahead to what's next for me and my art! Who's ready for autumn?

Soooo I really struggled with this piece for some reason while working on my last series. I felt like it wasn't coming together and I kept building up more and more layers. Ultimately decided not to include it in the release. Until recently, I revisited it and felt like it was actually a really strong piece! I was getting prepared to publish it when a buyer stopped by the studio and bought her! Thank you Marie 🖤
