The New changes coming effective Sept 2022

Now that life has somewhat gotten back to normal,

the good news is we haven't increased prices! - even though we have seen all supplies double or triple in cost in the last few years!
dick & jane waxing salon will however, decrease the discount to 15% to the following clients
1. Cash Clients
2. Multiple service discount
3. Regular clients*

*regular clients are defined as those who book their appointments in-store/or online, keep their appointments with no "NO-SHOW"s on their account.

Also Some Friendly reminders
When receiving an appointment reminder, please confirm as soon as you recieve the text/e-mail. It lets us know that you are making that appointment.
We have a generous cancelation/re-schedule policy. We give you 12 hours to make changes, If you are unable to make an appointment, please CALL us at 619-303-3866 and let us know. Per our policy, we do not accept text/e-mail or social media messages regarding cancelations or rescheduling. If there is a no-show for your appointment, we will charge the credit card on file, for the full amount of the appointment, if there is history of no-shows on your account, we reserve the right to no longer accept appointments for future appointments. If we are unable to charge the card on file for the no-show fee, you will need to pay the no-show fee prior to making any future appointments. We want to respect your time, and I hope you respect ours.

Now that we have streamlined our business, all appointments need to be booked online. If you see that your esthetician is not available on the day you are wanting to come in, it probably means that she is booked for that day.
Right now Kerri is booked out about 4-6 weeks. We advise to book your next appointment at your current appointment. Unfortunately, if you do not have a card on file, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE.

You have 12 hours before your appointment to cancel your appointment, otherwise you will be charged $25. If we are unable to charge your card on file - the late fee will be added to your next appointment total. Also, if you DO NOT SHOW UP to your scheduled appointment, a $25 fee will be charged.

We appreciate your cooperation and working with us to provide the best waxing services and fast, efficient and courteous customer service.
