Week 3 of Tailoring and Carpentry lessons.
Dana Gianelli Pink
Tadala Gasa came with a 6 week old Baby to start her Tailoring lessons. We really doubted her commitment to the program because of the responsibility she had, but a year down the line and a graduation later, She’s running her own shop and providing for her family as well. We call it Determination!!
Our guy ⭕️ Super proud of RJ and his craft

Have you ever heard good news, only to be left with worry? The good news has you questioning how the future is going to look like? Hear me out.
You got called to come for an interview, but that day has come and now you’re worrying what are you going to wear, say, what questions are they going to ask? Today is one of those days.
One of our students from Chisomo Idea called. He was accepted to College, Bunda, one of the public universities! This is great news!
But for an intelligent student, who worked hard, earned his spot, but can’t afford the fees, this good news invokes worry. How is he going to afford to continue his education?
Meet Exyvia.
Exyvia Kaunda is a determined student who just got selected to Bunda College of Agriculture. He's the second of four siblings, raised by a single mom due to divorce. He was one of our scholarship recipients starting from Form Two and did really well on his MSCE. He's the first in his family to go to college. Besides studying, Exyvia mentors high school students at Street School on Saturdays and helps with our community outreach program every Thursday. He's not just focused on his own success; he's making a positive impact on others too.
If you want to help Exyvia meet his dreams, reach out!
