* 1 CUP OF MIXED FROZEN BERRIES
* ½ BANANA
* 1 TBSP OF CHIA SEEDS
* ½ CUP OR 1 CUP OF APPLE JUICE
DIRECTIONS
1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND TOSS THEM INTO THE BLENDER.
2. BLEND ON MEDIUM TO HIGH FOR 45 SECONDS OR UNTIL SMOOTH (THE THICKER THE BETTER).
3. POUR INTO A GLASS AND ENJOY!

DIRECTIONS

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND TOSS THEM INTO THE BLENDER.
