Dry Rub Chicken Wings
INGREDIENTS
– 2 lbs chicken wings
– 1 tablespoon baking powder
– 2 teaspoons garlic powder
– 2 teaspoons onion powder
– 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a large bowl, combine baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the dry rub.
Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen, thawed and rinsed
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar for lemon glaze

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, 1 cup sugar, eggs, lemon zest, and vanilla. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet, then fold in the vegetable oil until incorporated.
3. Coat blueberries in 1 tablespoon of flour and gently fold them into the batter. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
4. Bake for about 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. While the loaf is baking, cook 1/3 cup lemon juice and 1/3 cup sugar in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is clear. Set aside.
6. Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack placed over a baking sheet. While still warm, pour the lemon glaze over the loaf and allow it to soak in and harden as it cools.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup whole milk or heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth.
2. Gradually add the sifted confectioners' sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue to beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the milk or heavy cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat on medium-high speed until the frosting is smooth and well combined.
4. If the frosting is too thick, add a little more milk or cream, a tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency. If it's too thin, add more confectioners' sugar.
5. Once the frosting is ready, use it to frost your cakes, cupcakes, or cookies.

CAKE WITH ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS!
Ingredients:
5 eggs
180g of sugar
180g all purpose flour.
Preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy for 6-7 minutes.
2. Slowly beat in the sifted flour, without releasing air from the mixture.
3. Pour into a 20cm baking pan covered with parchment.
4. Bake for 50 minutes at 160°C/330°F, then open the oven door and let cool for 10 minutes.

Chickpea Salad 🥙
Another delicious and colorful salad you can make in few minutes!
A can of washed and filtered chickpeas.
4-5 tablespoons canned corn.
1/4 finely chopped red onion.
1/4 chopped red bell pepper
A handful of finely chopped parsley
Seasoning: salt, oil, lemon.
Mix everything and serve!💕
Grandma’s Homemade Cake
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup milk
• 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 large eggs
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugar and butter together until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition to incorporate them into the batter.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
6. Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tips:
• For an extra touch of richness, you can add 1/2 cup of sour cream to the batter.
• If you want to make a layer cake, simply double the recipe and divide the batter between two cake pans.
• This cake is delicious on its own, but feel free to frost it with your favorite icing or enjoy it with a dusting of powdered sugar
