MCG Health is dedicated to helping organizations and individuals make informed care strategy decisions with reliable information that efficiently move patients towards better health. Collaborating with the creative architecture team at Perkins&Will Skyline transformed MCG Health’s commercial office project into a spacious and welcoming work environment. As you step into the office, you are captivated by the lobby’s design with specialized lighting, an Arktura metal ceiling, and bamboo wood panel walls. Exploring the office, you will find private rooms with auto glass sliding doors, beautiful ombre wallcoverings and an intricate interconnecting staircase. In preparation for the influx of visitors expected to attend the 2024 Democratic National Convention, the hospitality industry is gearing up for an exciting surge, and Skyline is at the forefront of this transformation. As the general contractor for the conversion of a former Magnificent Mile hotel into a Residence Inn by Marriott, we are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. This extensive renovation spans over 200,000 sq. ft., with a focus on converting 289 guest rooms into upscale extended-stay spaces. Each room will feature kitchenettes and receive modern updates to paint and carpet. We are also enhancing the overall hotel experience by adding new amenities throughout the building. Leading this remarkable project is our experienced team, with project manager Chris Przybysz, superintendent Alex Gomez, project engineer Kristal Craven, project executive Wes Klockowski, and project accountant Jennifer Fink at the helm. Their expertise and attention to detail are instrumental in bringing this vision to life.
