Part 1: Phở Hương Bình. Easy one of my top 3 Pho spot in Saigon. I didn’t realize it was in the MICHELIN Guide. This one had to be closest to my tastebud as it has all the side topping you can order. My favorite part would be eating beef pho with side baby egg & intestine, egg bowl & fat bowl.
