These are just last week's numbers every day all day. I've had no high numbers.
Yes it's a total change in Diet and a lot of discipline. If you want it get it.
It took me being on a full liquid diet to understand the way numbers work and what we put in our bodies. The food isn't that great but it works when I make it work and now I know what I can and can't do. And I'm learning how to just not eat carbs and high sugar content it's a New journey but it works if you want it. I know that after I have my surgery it won't be that hard because I sent my mind into learning how to do this and I know I will succeed and I know that whoever is out there trying to lower their sugar and eat right it's possible it is possible! Trust in God for that strength to do it though because it takes discipline.
Today I made a cream of chicken and vegetable soup out of these ingredients chicken tenderloin
Brocalli
Zucchini
Cottage cheese
Chopped onion
2scoops Isopure Plain protein powder.
I cooked all the ingredients together into a soup.
Then liquefied it in the blender.
It came out pretty good I added a little bit of powdered chicken broth to taste. No salt or pepper needed. I'm on a liquid diet surgery for fatty liver & weight loss and I'm barely getting used to drinking the blended liquefied foods but the different variations sure help and it's tolerable . I'm 10 days in 9 days to go.

Day 8 of liquid diet. (7 lbs weight loss )
Pre bariatric surgery liquid diet. High protein no sugar (I'm diabetic)
Breakfast 10 am today
Banana and Cream 30g Protein Premier shake.
Breakfast 11 am
A 10oz CUP Decaf coffee
1 cup Fruit smoothie mixed with 1 scoop ANIMAL CLEAR WHEY ISOLATE watermelon flavor 20g protein powder with fresh blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, cottage cheese, and honey. Liquefied shake
And of course water every 15 minutes
This keeps me full next meal @ 1 pm
Day 7.

A delicious Banana 🍌 and creme 30g PROTEIN PREMIER SHAKE. YUMMY
Fillow wirh 10oz CUP of DECAF COFFEE
LUNCH
Liquefied Bean w/ Bacon soup 1 cup
1 Tropical sugar free jello cup
1 Atkins 15g protein chocolate shake
Dinner
Liquefied broccoli cauliflower carrot and cheese soup with a scoop of plain Isopure 20g protien powder
1 Atkins chocolate 15g protien shake
All day I'm drinking up to 46 -64 oz of water throughout the whole day in between meals every 15 min I sip 3 great gulps of water
I'm staying full and every hour restroom visit.
My craving for regular food is lessening which is nice it's making it easier I have until the 24th of July to be honest liquid diet and it's going well.
We are on day 7 today for dinner was a delicious smoothie I used cottage cheese watermelon strawberries blueberries cottage cheese little bit of honey a little bit of iced tea flavored protein powder 20 g protein zero sugar.
This was a treat today really good and filling had to add a little more liquid to it cause it thickened up after it sat for a minute.
So far my sugars have been low all week long under the hundreds in the morning and nothing over 110 during the day. I've had to cut down on my insulin to half the dosage at night and I'm drinking plenty of water which is really nice that keeps me full this liquid diet is becoming easier every day preparing me for my surgery and a less fatty liver.
I'm excited to follow this up with the snack before bedtime sugar free tropical Jello I found at Walmart .

Day 7 of of pre bariatric surgery liquid diet
My intention is to reduce the fatty liver and lose 10 lb before the 24th surgery day.
Today I woke up at 8:00 and had a strawberry and cream premier protein 30 g of protein 1g sugar.
8:30 drinks of water sips every 15 min until 10am 2 hours later
I'm having a serving of soup liquid homemade chicken broth with a little bit of seasoning in it. I put about a tablespoon of cream of chicken soup just to give it a little depth along with a scoop plain isopure protein powder with that I'll have a little bit of jello and my cup of coffee all within the 30-60 min.

So this is lunch day 5
Progresso beef pot roast soup
1 scoop of Isopure 25g plain protein powder .
blended so there's no solid portions in there at all. Totally liquidfied added a half cup water
This is very filling drinking small sips slow 30 min duration to eat.
Then water 30 min later .
You can add a little bit of pepper for seasoning.
Official Day 3 of liquid diet

Okay those of you who are following my journey breakfast today is started off at
8:30 am wake up :
A protein shake 30 g of protein mixed in with 8 oz of Decaf coffee which was really good together.
10:30 am breakfast :
Delicious smoothie with half cup plain yogurt 1 &1/2 cups cottage cheese low fat a handful of blueberries and about eight frozen strawberries a little bit of vanilla a little bit of honey.
This is for two meals amount at 20 oz total.
I'll drink a cup of this until my next protien shake at 1: 00pm .
It's going good so far and I don't feel that hungry keeping myself full of liquids drinking water in between meals.

So this was a treat I blended Cottage Cheese, blueberries, a little bit of honey and a couple packs of Splenda together. To liquefied consistency added about half a cup of zero sugar Bai drink and made a great smoothie out of cottage cheese and berries use the remaining of the mixture to make ice pops for tomorrow. . Wow this was really delicious for liquid diet.

1 cup of Malt-O-Meal (eaten slowly)
Cup of coffee
And a cup of water 30 minutes later
And I'm so full haven't even drank my water yet.
So today is going to be the actual day that we start logging the liquid diet fully until the 19th.

So my surgery is July 24th at is 23 days from now.
Started liquid diet on July 1st I .
which is going to be a liquid diet, protein shakes and fluids.
Breakfast
A coffee protein shake 30 grams of protein powder. A bottle of water
Today's Lunch
liquefied turkey in chicken broth.
Bottle water and 20 grams of unflavored protein mixed into my broth.
Tonight's Liquid Dinner
Liquefied broccoli cauliflower carrots and zucchini,cheese with chicken broth .some seasoning .
A protein shake 15g of protien. And bottled water.
This is not as hard as I thought it would be being that I have changed my diet habits the last couple months to prepare for this

Pre op dieting. High protein liquids tonight.
Yummy Chicken broth and a 🍫 protein shake with 1 banana 🍌 and scoop of 🥜 peanut butter. Liquefied. Yummy. Yes

Homemade Filipino Menudo yummy this was the best. Chunks of pork potato carrots peas with fish sauce soy sauce and lemon Bay leaf, sauteed onions and garlic, salt and pepper and tomato sauce just a delicious meal .
It's on the menu this evening we I am having roasted brussel sprouts with feta cheese and a cup of cottage cheese. Along with the protein shake 30g. Yummy Healthy dinner. I really love the roasted brussel sprouts I season them with olive oil and garlic salt pepper and a couple sprinkles of red chili flakes. This has to be one of my favorite meals so far.
Today brunch was a delicious protein burger. In-n-out no bun . Yummy
Got 6 more days in solid food high proteins and clear sugar free liquids. Then I graduate to all liquid diet for Three weeks.
Are definitely feel a difference after 5 days on proteins and liquids. Have more energy and not sleeping so much. Been a little irritable but that comes with the big diet change .
My last meal today is lunch.
I had some leftover toppings from tacos. tomato lettuce. added some tuna and a cup of Cottage Cheese instead of (MAYONNAISE). Salt and Pepper and voila high protein deliciousness. Eating this just like a salad with no bread or crackers or chips and a cup of cucumber water that I made fresh. Also have half of a protein shake.
The salad is so filling I only had half of it and I'm full.
You can also fill this salad in the wrap I previously made with cottage cheese and egg high protein tuna wrap.

Simple dinner tonight was roasted brussel sprouts and zucchini. Drizzled with olive oil and garlic salt salt and pepper and that's it delicious. 4 oz of of baked chicken. And a protein shake. Yummy! I'm liking this healthy eating.
Late afternoon snack was yummy today I think I like this cottage cheese bowl with mixed berries mine was strawberry raspberry blueberry and blackberries.
Good morning beautiful Thursday.
This morning is high protein delicious cottage cheese, spinache, green onions, cilantro, chili pepper flakes, salt and pepper, kinda like a keich. I fill my microwave egg cooking bowl with 1 cup of my mixture and cook for 4-5 min layer with a slice of cheese and walla. Great breakfast along with a 30g protein drink.
Ready to start my day.
