Best advice I can give to married couples 💑is that if you have someone that loves you & sacrifices allot for you, try your best each and every day to show them that they’re appreciated and loved, forgive easily, don’t go to sleep angry, love hard while always putting God 1st. This world is so crazy and there’s no better feeling then having a partner by your side while the stress of world is falling apart.

🍃Did you know that to get a GREEN THUMB you have to try and try and try again because BABYYY you will most likely fail the 1st few times but the question is, will you get back up and try again?
- also don’t feel too bad, I’ve been gardening for YEARSSSS and plants still die.. it’s ok, it will happen 🤷🏽‍♀️ biggest advice for you is to go to your local nursery or join Facebook nursery/gardening pages and ASK ASK ASK away!
Another tip is to know what gardening zone you live in. (a simple google search will tell you)

I have allot of new followers 👋🏽 so let me start by introducing Mr. Howard! We’ve been married for 7yrs this year. He is the reason why Roses Holistic Garden exists. He does not like to be on camera so it will be rare when he pops up haha I was on dialysis with 3% kidney function & was severely depressed and ready to die. I had no hope and accepted my fate. He introduced to me gardening as a way of therapy and encouraged me to grow. I was stubborn at first but instead of giving up, he went out in our yard and started gardening by himself and slowly but surely I came chasing after him, learning Everything I could from him. He is a God fearing man that loves hard and puts his family first. He always says “As long as my family is happy, IM HAPPY!” And I love him for that!
- oh and this is A’yara. She’s 2 and our miracle baby that came after kidney failure, dialysis and a transplant! She is full of energy and loves to boss everyone around.
This is What life is all about! Teaching the babies how to treat, care and love what God blessed us with. Everything we need the earth provides at its purest form. I’m so grateful that we have such a loving God. All praises to Him!

I had to grab a couple of Blue Java Banana Trees, the ones that taste like ice cream 🍦 One of the easier tropicals to grow that are truly unique, plus very beautiful with those huge leaves. I can’t wait for my bananas to grow 😋 🍌

We need to change our mindset as human beings,, or we will ALWAYS be dependent on these big Corporations that do more bad than good. THEY DON’T GIVE A DANM ABOUT YOU & YOURS!
Yes it is a huge inconvenience to learn how to grow food when you’ve had the convenience of just going to a local store, Yes it’s an inconvenience to search for farms in your community, Yes it’s a huge inconvenience to wait patiently for something to grow. We live in such a fast paced world that has benefits but has made us LAZY.. we don’t even know the basics of living w/o stores. We as a ppl would much rather choose comfortability that can lead to poisoning your body rather then learning basic survival skills and be dependent on these big corporation companies.

I’ve never seen a watermelon do this before.. but how about we start growing our own or just shop at farms 😩🤢🙅🏾‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ there’s tons of information online to help you learn how to get started.

Photo 3 & 4 is another message sent to Sprouts instagram DM and they sent the same automated response that they do not sell any Apeel produce nor will they ever. BUT THIS IS FALSE AND A BLATANT LIE!

Yesterday I posted a screenshot from a follower and allot of ppl had questions as to what is the name of the store she went to that told her this and other questions pertaining to this “new technology” that they will be putting inside of our produces that will be able to be scanned w/o a barcode. This is wild! 🤯 I want to do further research but if you have knowledge of this new technology pls feel free to send a DM.

This is a WIN you guys!! Thank you for discontinuing your produces w/ Apeel! If you're in the EastCoast this is a win for you guys! Use your voice because it is indeed powerful, as you can see! They use to sell produces w/ Apeel but due to consumers voicing their dissatisfaction, THEY DISCONTINUED all produces W/ Apeel!

This was sent to me this morning by a follower. Are you surprised that APEEL isn’t labeled on produces? I suspect they’re aware that WE THE PEOPLE aren’t purchasing the produces that are labeled. Continue to use your voice!

Getting allot of “does my area have apeel” or “is my country one of the countries that approved this chemical coated apeel” so I wanted to share how you can find out.
(Also Apeel isn’t being labeled on most produce)
• Go to Apeel.com, then select “Find Apeel” and it will let you knw the stores in your area that partnered with Apeel.
• BUT Don’t just rely on that, check out the Grower list that I have on this post. 9/10 if you see those companies name on your produce that does NOT have an Apeel sticker, then it most likely is coated with Apeel. They’re not labeling them anymore.
• Talk to your local stores, produce manager, corporate offices and ask if they plan to partner w/ Apeel and express your opinion.
• utilize your social media power!! Make and share posts, tag them, DM them, leave comments under the post of these Growers and Stores that partnered with Apeel!
• I have a list of all of the Growers that partnered w/ apeel. Screenshot that list and when you go shopping see if the produces are labeled w/ any growers in that list.
• Sign the petition linked in my bio “Petition to boycott Apeel”

Natural Grocers & Clark’s Nutrition are some of the stores that have publicly said NO to Apeel ❌❌ read their official statements.

As I find out which stores won’t be partnering with Apeel I will post. In the meantime we must call & demand that the stores that we shop at to stop selling produce w/ Apeel on them or we will NOT purchase!
