Attention! Recall on Inflatable Hot Tub Pumps Due to Fire Hazard
If you have recently purchased an inflatable hot tub at Marden's, we recommend you check your unit's box or the pump itself for information to determine if it has been recalled.

Instructions:
Once you locate the pump number (pictured below), visit narecall.expertinquiry.com or call 888-943-2396 if you would like to speak with a customer service representative directly. Enter your pump number; should the unit be part of the recall, you will be asked to enter your information and directed to turn off the pump, unplug the unit, and drain the tub. Do not use until a replacement is received. Follow the remainder of the steps on the website. Customers can expect replacements in about 2-4 weeks and will be extended a one-year manufacturing warranty on all new pumps received.

Marden’s Portland location opened in the mid-1990s at 1094 Brighton Ave, Portland, ME - the space was previously occupied by Child World. The location was moved to the current Scarborough store on Payne Road in 2010.
