Our Book Drive is off to a great start! We are collecting all week! Let’s help those less fortunate! Remember our goal as a school is to collect 1000 books…we have about 150 as of today! Want an ice cream mountain event? Donate 1000 books as a school!

It’s that time to donate any new or gently used books to support LA Family Housing and Hope the Mission. Medea Creek’s goal is 1000 books! Not only will the less fortunate benefit, but our students will be treated to an Ice Cream Mountain! 🍨

Don’t forget tomorrow is the day for our students to dress as a staff member (kind choices), and for our staff to dress like a generic middle-school student! Students and staff: Come to the stage at lunch for 6th Limbo and 7th/8th Cup Stacking!

Beginning Monday, 2/5–2/9, we will be selling Valentine’s candy grams at lunch and after school Wednesday & Friday. 50 cents each; buy 2, get 1 free!

Today our Period 1 classes went head to head with one another by answering some MCMS trivia questions.
One winning class per grade level was treated to donuts this morning!

We concluded our spirit week today by wearing light blue and winter white. We also voted on the best classroom door decorations. Congrats to 6th grade Mrs. Baker’s class; 7th ended in a tie between Ms. Skiba and Mrs. Wenker; and congrats to Mrs. Mach’s Period 7 class. ASB will be providing a party for each class.
Thank you to our four awesome counselors for taking the time this morning to go to each classroom and select this year’s winners!
