Happy Monday.

Dinner tonight was really good. 👌👌

My go to smoothie. It's so good. Even my husband loves it.

Today's lunch and dinner. 🥰

Finished off the week strong with a glute focused leg day!

Last night's dinner was BBQ chicken on top of a sweet potato with broccoli. Super simple, but hit all the macros. 👌

Chopped chicken tacos.

Yesterday was Chicken fajitas, but I forgot tortillas so I brought in lime chips! Still good!

✨️I am currently using this week to deload, so I thought I would make a post about it. If you're not familiar with deload week, go ahead and check out my slides!
✨️I decided to use this week to take it easy because I trained hard last week and felt sore all week. My body needed the rest. It also aligns with my time of month, during which time you shouldn't be training hard. I know it's probably taboo for some people to talk about, but for women, training to your cycle is really beneficial! Your body isn't meant to be in a constant state of stress. It needs off days, too!
✨️Some of my favorite ways to recover are going to my chiropractor, sauna, and extra sleep. 💕

All in a Sunday's work! Got my workout in, had a great breakfast and meal prepped some things for the week. I definitely feel accomplished today and took advantage of that extra hour! 🥰

Anisha came in for some legs yesterday. We upped her weight on some exercises and added a step. She did great and felt the burn. 🔥

Today I made a 2 egg sandwich with 1 turkey sausage. I had it on Ezekiel English muffin. Then of course, I made tacos for Taco Tuesday! 🤣 I also roasted Brussel sprouts and green beans. They were delicious! I only used olive oil and garlic salt.

Laura worked on legs and arms this week. Her first week back and she did great! She enjoyed being sore after taking so much time off. Looking forward to helping her reach her goals!!

Dinners from this week. Creamy pesto pasta with chicken sausage, BBQ chicken stuffed sweet potato, enchilada casserole and breakfast with a protein donut.
Busy week! I enjoy planning out my meals before going grocery shopping, helps eliminate food waste too.
I try an switch it up because eating healthy can be boring, but it doesn't have to be!

I made some muffins for the week! They are pretty good! 😍
