Sometimes, taking even one more step can be overwhelming. The thought of going any further can feel impossible. The well is dry, the tank is empty, there's simply nothing left. Those moments can make us feel alone, invisible, weak. Thankfully, there's strength that isn't our own. Faith and Trust are foundational steps for us in Re:Generation, and they help guide us when we're in those moments. If you're there in that moment, we're here. You're never in this alone! Wednesday nights are for our midweek re:charge at Re:Gen, and this week is a testimony week. Testimonies are a great way to hear from others about how God moved in their life. Tomorrow, that story is Dayna's. Always a smiling face and a "Happy Wednesday!" as you've walked through the doors. She's the one behind the counter when you get your books and makes a mean pot of coffee. She's also one of our coaches. Join us tomorrow night as she walks us through what Re:Gen has done for her in a new season. A story about strength, resilience, and turning her eyes to the heavens where our help comes from. Psalm 147:3 [NIV] He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. So many of us are living with invisible wounds. Maybe it's something from yesterday, a week ago, a year ago, decades ago, or even your childhood. We try so hard to let time heal. One more day, and we'll forget, we'll move on, we'll forgive, we'll let go. And so time comes and goes, but the dreams don't stop, the tremors don't go away, the thoughts stay. What Now? The promise is that He will be here with us, every moment of every day. He will heal our broken hearts and bind our wounds. Trust in that promise today. Talk to someone. Break down the walls of resentment. Of guilt, of grief, of shame. Connect with community and a variety of resources to Re:Generate your life. We're here to help. Never be the same.
