Clothing (for high school aged kids), non-perishable foods, and any extra unopened toiletries would be great items to help out with. NorthPark is excited to announce a partnership with Bowman High School. Bowman has a highly economically disadvantaged student population. Out of 350 students, 68% are on FRLP (Free Reduced Lunch Program), and 72 students are homeless. There is a constant need for clothing and non-perishable foods. Jesus calls to us to meet the needs of our neighbors. So we are inviting you to signup via CarePortal to help our neighbors in need. There are more details to come regarding our partnership, as well as Bowman’s new Resource/Wellness center. In the meantime, we’d like to let you know that we have begun collecting donations of clothing (for high school-aged kids) and non-perishable food. Please feel free to bring the items directly to NorthPark.
