Sometimes I trip out on the fact that I’ve lived here in Santa Cruz for nearly three decades….But this places has my heart 💗and truly is MY HOME✨🩵🐠…What began as a decision to transfer to UCSC has evolved into an enduring love affair with this coastal haven. My heart swells with gratitude for the opportunity to call this place home, nestled snugly in the same spot on Portola since 2008. 💖🌼🪻Though it may be modest in size, it holds a wealth of cherished memories. The warmth of the people and the vibrant tapestry of our community have enriched my life beyond measure. This new collection entitled ‘Treasures,’ serves as a homage to the little girl who gathered shells and rocks and still carries those treasures with her today. Some of these tiny wonders that I’ve amassed over time, are encapsulated within these new pieces. From delicate shell fragments, to ancient beads cherished since adolescence, from sea glass gathered on strolls from my home, to carefully deconstructed vintage necklaces, every component tells a story. 🐚🐳🧜🏽‍♀️And woven through it all is the enchanting essence of clay, the medium through which these treasures find their harmonious union.

Each piece is available for purchase, though prices may vary between in-person and online transactions. Due to the challenge of individually marking and pricing items for shows, I take an average for the in-person price. As such, prices here on Instagram may differ from those at shows and can vary from piece to piece. Pricing is determined by factors such as time invested and the cost of materials used.

I’ve been trying to write this for over a week, but I just can’t seem to get down in words what you truly meant to me💔You really gave me the gift of feeling unconditionally loved. You supported me through the hardest darkest times and I wouldn’t have made it through without you. You were my biggest advocate, the person I could rely on for anything, and my biggest fan. It had been a long, hard road dealing with Parkinsons and MSA. I’m grateful you’re finally at peace because these last months have been so hard. But I miss you every second!

Hey! The story sale will be happening today and will go on through Monday. That way everyone that wants to shop will hopefully get to. I have to visit my father in the morning…so I won’t be starting the sale until 4pm on Sunday. I will be posting all the slides and the details to my Instagram stories. 𖡗 I am truly grateful for the love and support of this community, my friends and all of you helping me! One lesson that has been so hard for me personally is learning how to ask for and accept help. And I am truly grateful for all of you that have sent so much love and support my way💗🥹💗

࿇࿊࿇ I managed to hobble down to the beach yesterday to catch the sunset and capture the beautiful translucency of these new checkered pieces. I LOVE them! They remind me of seaweed and shells 🐚, so I had to get some photos at the beach.
I haven’t mentioned it on Instagram yet but I managed to cause a hernia at my last market in December. It’s been a rough ride. Unfortunately, hernias are common in people with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome like myself….this is actually my second 😣. But I’ve been waiting patiently for my surgery consultation for weeks! Apparently there’s a shortage of surgeons in our area. So markets are going to be hard to manage for the next couple of months and will be looking for helpers. I’m also thinking of doing a story sale this coming week, so look out for that! Thanks once again for your continued support!!! 🙏🏻

Hey everybody❤️ ….
I know it’s been a little while since I’ve checked in and I’m really sorry about that. Sometimes I find that I get really quiet on here when I’m feeling overwhelmed…and unfortunately overwhelmed is probably the easiest of the emotions I’m dealing with at the moment. I don’t want to get too into everything but just wanted to check in and let you guys know, I’m still here. Still working hard. Just not very present on social media at the moment.
In the last couple years my father has been diagnosed with a multitude of illnesses…but just recently things have progressed and he’s been diagnosed with something called MSA. MSA is a degenerative brain condition that little is known about, other than it’s terminal and really rough.

My father has always been my biggest supporter, so I’m devastated. And as I write this, I’m already 😭, so I’m gonna wrap it up…
Going forward for a while, I will do my best to keep up with things but probably won’t be as available as usual.
I will continue to be at shows, as I have to keep paying rent etc…so here is the line up for the next couple weeks. There are a lot of really great events coming up! So I hope to see you there!
First up, this weekend is Santa Cruz Mojntajn Sol festival up in Felton, CA at Roaring Camp. You can find more info including the lineup
The following weekend I’ll be out in Bonny Doin for the super fun Bonny Doon Art, Wine & Brew Festival. It’s Saturday, September from 12-5pm. And it literally is the best little party in the Santa Cruz mountains.
Then on Friday, September 30th from 5-9pm, the Midtown Block Party is having a really special finale this year! They have The Expendables ending the season…which is going to be amazing! And it’s free! Check out for more info
Next up, I’ll be at the San Jose Made Fall Festival on Saturday, October 1st from 9-2pm at Martial Cottle Park. This will most definitely be a great turn out with tons of fun activities and lots of amazing vendors. Check the details

Well, it’s mid-December and the weather here in Santa Cruz has been such a blessing especially since there are many local vendors including myself that are relying on outdoor markets to get through the end of this year.
I know! We do need the rain, so I made some fun wintery, stormy weather earrings to help call the rains....HOWEVER! Not until after December 20th! That’s all I’m asking Santa for this Christmas 😉. And yes, outdoor markets are still allowed under the recent Covid restrictions.
