After four years in Mexico, I've witnessed the unwavering resilience of the average people, many of whom still hold onto the belief that Morena has their best interests at heart. They genuinely feel better off under Morena’s leadership, but the reality is far more complex and heart-wrenching.

Everyone is toiling harder than ever. They dream of owning a car or a house, but these dreams remain distant. The government's meager financial aid creates a mirage of progress, but more is needed to bring about real change. Many are driving for Uber, believing that having a car and a job makes them better off. Yet, they find themselves ensnared in a cycle of debt and exhaustion, working long hours without the capacity to save for the future.

Modern houses are being built everywhere constantly to remind them of what they can’t afford. The cost of living is high, and loans are more expensive than those in the US. Despite their hard work, they struggle to make ends meet, and the system seems designed to keep them dependent.

Through various social programs, Morena provides just enough to keep people from going hungry, but it's a far cry from true prosperity. Politicians, meanwhile, enjoy lavish lifestyles, funded by the taxes of hardworking individuals like Uber drivers and fast-food workers. They take vacations and buy houses for their families, while the average person lives day to day, with little hope for improvement.

The social programs are a double-edged sword, offering temporary relief but fostering long-term dependence. Many are led into a jungle of government support from which they may never escape. This dependency is why there is little resistance; people are grateful for the little they receive, thinking it’s better than nothing.

Mexico, a country with abundant resources, is marred by a stark disparity in wealth distribution. The benefits of this wealth are reaped by the elites—those with connections to powerful foreign and domestic interests. Meanwhile, despite their hard work and resilience, the common people remain on society's fringes.

The support for Morena is akin to a desperate cry for help, a hope that the free samples given will lead to a better future. Yet, it’s a cycle of addiction to false promises, with those in power living comfortably off the struggles of others. It’s crucial to understand this dynamic, to see the reality behind the hope, and to strive for genuine change that benefits all. They tell me it is better than the past. I say it is worse. Because in the past, there was no perspective.

Be part of the Ladders of Success Program for 2024 for young Latinos on both sides of the border. The Pilot program in is seeking more businesses to participate in the growth and development of skills; many young Mexicans in Mexico have been disempowered due to a lack of real education programs; currently, statistics show that 90% of Mexican children are not able to read and write in Spanish and do mathematics at a level significant enough to gain actual employment and start businesses other than reselling imported goods on the streets.

The program, a year in its development, has real merit and seeks more involvement in the Hispanic community with the goals of helping young engaging in nefarious businesses and empowering them with more significant opportunities with their already masterful skills as street vendors at their entire level to develop target empowerment skills and raise awareness of solutions in both communities to a program that can hear these young aspiring individuals develop and own real businesses. Real Entrepreneurship helps build character and sustainability in life for their and the family's futures.

The program has worked with young street vendors and, in less than a year, has had an outstanding level of success by empowering them to look at their lives through a different lose WIth this in mind, two former children are now working hard in the Selection process in Mexico to be part of the Mexican National team in the under 15 and 17 teams. Another has developed his skills by attending barber school and successfully working his own business at age 16 to start a life away from gang influences and survive and work to eat day by day.

The program is seeking international companies and entrepreneurs to join them on their quest to develop business in Mexico and help develop the future of the Americas on both sides of Rio with the ultimate goal of helping bring real strength to communities in the diverse Hispanic communities in the Americas.
