- Cyril is 6th generation of the Bollinger family and has a Masters degree in oenology. He also has winemaking experience in the U.S., South Africa and New Zealand.
- He is traveling directly from the winery to host a sit down multi-course dinner paired with the wines of Bollinger and their sister property Ayala. He’s sure to bring some special things directly from Champagne!
- This will be an intimate single table dinner on a night we’re open with a maximum of 8 people attending including Cyril.
- We plan on doing some daring pairings in a dinner featuring champagne exclusively .
