In the U.S., 1 in 8 women is likely diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
About 95% of all breast cancers in the U.S. occur in women 40 and older.
Getting a mammogram can help reduce the number of deaths from breast cancer by 30 to 40% among women ages 40 to 70.
Breast cancer deaths have been declining since 1990 thanks to early detection, better screening, increased awareness, and new treatment options.
Make someone a card today encouraging them to schedule their Mammogram with their local health specialist.

I ventured to north Georgia to address….. “women who serve” with Spelman College SMASH Program. Met by over 70 young ladies at Maggiano’s for a pinch of dining etiquette and a dash of professional development talk, our group was big so we turned three banquet rooms into one. These ladies enjoyed certified teaching on the fine dining 🍽️experience, and when I tell you they brought out the dishes with not one, not two, but three courses. 🍴I want to thank my grad school classmate for inviting me.
I couldn’t go to Atl without checking out the beautiful Atlanta Botanical Gardens 🌳🌸⛩️for the seasonal Alice’s Wonderland mosaic-culture and last but not least, I paid a visit to the historic campus of Spelman. 🏫 Doing what I love “A choice to change the World.” 🌍

Socially Graceful Summer was such a success! Impressum School of Social Graces in partnership with Image is Everything Nail Bar, and Next Level Fitness hosted 12 young ladies and provided each of their expertise on the topics of social decorum in Dining, Self-Care, Nail Care, Fitness/Nutrition, and Skin Care by special guest- Pure Wax Aesthetics. We had a blast and each participant left with arms full of gifts and treats to remember this experience by.

Chosen Singles presents “The Dining Experience” was so special and valuable to all who were present. I had the distinct pleasure of presenting Dining etiquette to eight (8) singles (male and female) at the Fleeting restaurant and bar inside Savannah’s Thompson Hotel. 🏨
The food was good 😋 but the lesson and conversation was even more appetizing.
Everyone learned many things about the formal and informal table setting, as well as maneuvering utensils, napkin etiquette, and silent service that they did not know.
I’m grateful to Alia Freeman of Educate Beauty 360 for her vision and choosing to collaborate with Impressum School of Social Graces and Certified Etiquette Consultant, Jordan Riles! 🍽️ Until next time….cheers to being chosen and serving as a light. ✨

Today, the SiS Ministry of First Jerusalem Missionary Bapt. Church welcomed back Certified Etiquette instructor, Jordan Riles for a lesson in Dining Etiquette.
The girls group ranging from ages 6-16 concluded today’s presentation on formal vs. informal dining with their Etiquette Challenge. The group divided into three teams and named themselves: Shining Stars, Little Rascals, and The Queens.
Well, "The Queens" took home prizes after finishing the table setting challenge in just :41 seconds with no errors.
They all ended the day with a delectable three-course meal of smothered lemon chicken, white gravy garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans (cake for dessert) catered by Chef Roberson. Yum! & Yay!
