Took advantage of the sunshine today to capture some of Aly's latest creations. She is focusing more on wire wrapping crystals after taking a class from the lovely Goetz Creative Arts LLC.

Aly is stoked be able to make these beautiful necklaces, and even more excited to share them with you!

New goodies on the horizon and we can not wait to share them with you!

I can't leave any crochet projects on the ground. He WILL find them, even though I've already made him like 4 blankets. 🙄

Does anyone else feel like summer flies by?! We can't be the only ones. It's been a fun filled summer!

With that being said craft show season is slowing sneaking up and KCC just filled out our first application.

We are very excited to be sharing our love of crafting with the community!

Aly will be debuting some new products, so make sure to keep an eye out for us 🤩

We had the pleasure of helping at a tie-dye fundraising event for Ottawa Community Thrift this past Saturday. So many fun moments shared. Met a lot of really sweet people. Aly and Matt sold the baked goodies and 50/50 tickets. We ended up with some pretty sweet tie-dye pieces ourselves.

I wanted to make a hanging plant basket, but my measurements were off and it was too big. Oh well, fun new yarn bowl it is.

This was a lot of fun to make, first time crocheting two different strands of yarn at the same time.

Working on a scarf and hat with some brightly colored yarn! Love working with these colors on dreary, snowy days, definitely helps lift my spirits!

Crocheted heart keychains! Available in time for Valentine's Day!

Just finished a pet blanket to donate to the crochet club at the Schaumburg township! I absolutely love that group, they make crocheted items they donate to animal shelters, hospitals, nursing homes, etc! They take donated yarn and make a cherished keepsake.

Finished a temperature blanket that I've been working on for a year! And made our cat Loki a blanket as well.

What to crochet next?

We are so bad at updating social media it's not even funny! Thanks for sticking around with us and liking our sporadic posts.

We've been busy creating for the holiday season, so if you're in the need for a quick gift we've got you covered! Keychains, hats, scarves, and jellyfish!

Just finished a "candy cane" hat, tried adding a puff ball to the top and I wasn't happy with how it looked so I'm keeping it for myself 🤣

Also have something new in the works, but can't share it yet, it's a Christmas gift for Aly's teacher. 🌵🌵🌵

Temperature blanket in the works, this one will be done in March.

Not sure what a temperature blanket is?!

I look at the weather every morning and see what the high temp for the day is, I then find the corresponding color for that temp range and then crochet a row!

Last couple of days to get stuff done before our FIRST CRAFT SHOW!!!

We are beyond excited to share with you all of the wonderful handmade crafts and art we have available.

Aly loves coming up with fun designs! She has superheros in the works now!!

She finds most of the patterns/designs online, but for Deadpool(red,black and white), she couldn't find a pattern, so she made it up herself!
