5 years ago I completed continuing education training in Ashiatsu! What an intense 3 days it was. I’m grateful I stepped out of my comfort zone to learn a whole new skill set evolving my massage.

I instantly felt this bodywork resonated deeply. The flow felt like a dance and to give deeper pressure utilizing gravity felt natural. Two years later I ventured on my own opening Sole to Soul. You never know where a new path will lead you 👣

Restorative yoga reminds us to be present. Holding a pose for 3-5 minutes may sound intimidating but it’s more about relaxing the mind and breathing into the pose than perfecting.

Kate offers different variations for poses. During each pose we go to every person and give massage to enhance relaxation & give insight to where you are holding tension and restrictions.

As licensed massage therapists and energy practitioners we work specific areas and hold space with healing intention for the mind, body, soul connection. Honor yours with time for yourself 🫶🏼✨🧘‍♀️✨🪬

Restorative Yoga with Massage

In this class we will hold restorative postures for an extended period of time (3-5) minutes. Giving body and mind the space to open and rest.
To guide you into a deeper state of relaxation massage and assists will be given throughout the class.
Unwind and allow body, mind, and spirit to shift back into alignment.
