I had great site visits today on these two properties today!! Thank you to my teams there for taking care of their sites. The property, common areas and make ready units looked great!! We looked at the operations for the next 90days and we look strong!! At one site exposure is high in March so we revisited our notices and what was left to capture on renewals!! Game plan in place now execute! Look ahead!!

Got It!!! This is an ugly part of our job!! Some areas in phoenix have these little critters running around!! Make sure you do what’s needed to keep them out our your tenants apartments. Ignoring it won’t fix your problem!!
