Current assessment of the Greater Phoenix housing market. THE BOTTOM LINE: Rising interest rates continue to drive down demand. The market has become more balanced. Buyers have more homes to choose from. Sellers who are realistic will still go under contract, and homeowners will likely continue to see annual appreciation gains, albeit at a more “normal” rate. AND, real estate continues to be a great investment against inflation!
