Here are a couple must-have wellness items to add to your collection.
Foam Roller ($5-$30): Lower extremities and mid-low back muscles.
Resistance bands ($10-$35): From shoulder to flutes, these are perfect for a dynamic warm-up or an at home exercise routine.
Thera Cane ($20-$40): For that nagging, mid-scapular pain that doesn’t leave you alone.
Trigger point ball ($10-$25): Great to reach those small little muscles of your upper back and gluteal region.
