I met this lovely couple by chance, and we closed on their new home in Columbia City 1 month later. When we met, they shared that they didn’t want to work with a realtor because the ones they had met just wanted them to offer high $$ to get a bigger commission check! So awful 😞 I was honored to give them a different experience❤️

We were all disappointed to have found their home so quickly because it was so fun touring together!

Keller Williams Red Day! This year we collected at Hospitality House, a women’s shelter in Burien. We painted, pulled weeds, washed windows, organized, moved things around, and had a great time. Love this team!!

This one was near and dear to me. Good friends moving into their dreamy house where we’ll be so lucky to share wonderful memories with them. They texted me one random Saturday saying “we went into an open house today and we think we want to make an offer on it. Can you help us?” Turns out, that wasn’t “the one” but their new home turned up on the market a few weeks later! Cheers to this lovely family ❤️

I’m here today from 1:30 to 3:30! This gorgeous townhome is tucked away, but walking to all of your conveniences.

This close was near and dear to my heart. My In Laws found their retirement home, and we sold the home they had lived in for 20+ years. Helping them to freshen up the house with different projects was a piece of this journey and something I was happy to project manage for them!

Had a full day of touring 3 different lovely house hunters today and 2 hours in between. I stopped at The Bryant Corner Cafe & Bakery for a late brunch and iced chai. Yum!
