For real, though. Ain’t it funny how people go to Pilates for a tight 🍑 and leave with that AND a calm 🧠 and restored spirit.
That’s cause Pilates - true, traditional Pilates - is about sooooo much more than just exercise. The focus and concentration it requires syncs your mind and body.
Control over your movements translates to control over your life.
You can exercise on Pilates equipment. That’s great. All movement is good, right?! 💃🏼🤸🏽 But if you want to experience the magic, you gotta DO Pilates. You know? 🪄
