Grateful for this beautiful testimony! #blessed Posing does not come easy for me. It’s awkward, uncomfortable and I’ve got a had a hard time coordinating what’s happening between my head, my feet and my hands and have had a lot of years of frustration. It’s so frustrating when you a lifelong athlete, set on perfection, know you have worthy package and know you are not showcasing your physique to best of your ability. I spent an hour 1-on-1 with @officialtanjijohnson and a group class with #topgunfitness and she was the first to make it all “click” for me. She was hands on, practical and broke it down in a really tangible way for me. I still have a lot of polishing to do in the next 8 weeks before I start my competition season, but I finally have the foundation to build the details on. If you are a bikini, figure, wellness or physique athlete I highly recommend you follow @poselikeaproacademy and take your posing advice from someone who talks the talk and walks the walk. Hire a coach who can see things from the eye of an IFBB judge, coach and an IFBB #goat. Lot’s of posing coaches out there, and I know there are awesome ones but keep in mind that just because someone you look up to has a killer posing routine, does not necessarily make them a good “teacher” that has the eye and expertise to break it down and find what works best for YOU in the eye of the judges.
